SUNGNYEMUN MIRAGE

Image the following scenario - You're a lawfull Enforcer, patrolling the streets of San Paro. Suddenly, you spot a Criminal who decided it's time to start shopping by taking the nearest exit into the front of a jewelry shop, naturally, with his Ceresco aka "The Muggler".

You respond! You witness the Criminial, because the takedown couldn't be easier than this right? Wrong. The Criminal starts sprinting - Successfully so, to the point that the Criminal sees a civilian Mirage. The Criminal steals the Mirage, and you just lost the witness mission.

This is the Mirage. The speedy boi which is neither a Jericho or a Bishada, but perfectly excels beyond the Horizon with its top speed, cornering and drifting. Although, it only having 5 cargo spots, it's not the ideal vehicle for mission utility. However, you can cram 3 other friends in it. Fun.
